It’s time to talk about food, ladies and gentlemen!  Never an exhausted subject, I wanted to add another yummy recipe from From Belly Fat to Belly Flat: How Your Hormones Are Adding Inches to Your Waist and Subtracting Years from Your Life.

Be sure and check out the others in the category as well and the book review I did on the book here, if you haven’t.

  • 2 Tble dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 Tble extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tble white wine vinegar with tarragon
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 (1-inch thick) salmon steaks, 4 ounces each

Mix dill, garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice.  Pour mixture over salmon steaks and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning at least once.  Place salmon on hot grill and cook 3 – 5 minutes on each side.

Makes 4 servings
